Control Panel Root & Reseller Manager App Reviews

I have not yet tried everysingle option in this app but so far so good. Works great with my iPhone 3GS on Bell Mobility with 3.1.2 software. Amazing tool for remote account access. UPDATE: It would be nice to be able to modify quota and bandwidh as well get more info on the accout. Regardless still a 5 star app.

At first I tought this app was a godsend, but I then realized that it still was a work in progress. Too many bugs still to really be useful, and the support is non-existent. But the idea is still a great one.

I have found this app to be great. There is one thing I would like to see added and that is to have access to my CSF firewall settings, mainly so I can check/add/remove items in the IP Block List.

Reseller version says it authenticated OK but didnt work for my cPanel accounts. I found enough reports of the same error code 5 problem to convince me its not ready. Lots of complaints about developer response. Developers ticket submission process claimed to have sent me an email, but didnt. Havent heard anything else yet.

Buy this app. Never work for me. No support, no reply from developer. Good idea but not ready. Dont buy.

This app doesnt work! I want my cash back! Errors everywhere! Changing my login info aswell as i do not trust this company. Apple gotta filter bad apps like this!

This app will not work with the current version of cpanel. Its such a shame because the app look good.

Just got scammed by these crooks. Thought Id put in a ticket first and see, but on submit it reset the form and lost all my entries and said I did not enter everything. Thats for that... Not starting over from scratch!!!! Anyways... App hangs, does not list accounts. Right from the start adding my whm, user, pass it hung. Nothing good that I can see here.

An update urgently needed. I liked new updated control panel app but I cant use host manager without an update. Please tell me an update is on the way.

Didnt connect to my server - seems it can only connect to one CPanel which is a significant limitation.

Never logs into WHM. Just sits on the screen like it is trying to connect and never does. No errors in WHM log, app is crap at this point. Great idea, whish it worked.

1.0 didnt work for me but 1.1 works just fine. If you had problems, try updating. App needs more features, but covers the basics. Remote reboot feature is nice as is load readings.

I originally purchased "cpanel" and it did not work. As an email from the developer, he reccommended I buy cpanel whm which does not work either. So pissed off. I got it to come up once and now everytime I open it, it shuts right down. I wiped my iPhone and restored back to factory default thinking it was my phone but to no avail it still crashes imediatly upon opening. Please fix as I spent 3.99 for whm and 2.99 for CPanel and neither work. So pissed off...

I downloaded this app and it initially didnt work so I was worried that I had another broken app. After contacting the developer (who was very prompt with support), we had the issue worked out. I was using symbols in my password which was causing the app to not communicate with cPanel. Once I changed the password with lots of numbers and characters, the app worked great. I never expected this app to replace the cPanel web interface but, it did surprise me with the functionality it does have.

Version 1.1 of cPanel WHM works fine regardless of what I read in a previous review below. I was initially getting an error code 5, and I emailed the developer who responded with the solution immediately. The FAQ at their website also had the answer to my problem which I must have overlooked. Anyways, the fix to the error was to *not* use http:// in the host field. Yippie. It works great. It will be an even better App once there are more details for each of the features. Kudos to the developer for a good-looking solid app.

Works great! can create, suspend and monitor accounts. Yet another reason to not be stuck in front of a computer all day.
